This website is published for information about the Al Bustan Business Park development. Nothing on it is an offer, an invitation to treat, or a commitment to grant, sell or lease any interest in any building, unit or space at the park, and nothing on it forms part of any contract.
Plans, masterplans, floor plates, areas, specifications, timescales and availability shown on this site are indicative, are given in good faith for general guidance, and may change as the development progresses. Computer-generated images are artists’ impressions of the intended design and are not representations of the finished buildings. Any figures given for floor areas are approximate and are subject to measurement on completion. Terms for any space are agreed only in a signed written agreement.

9. Fraudulent emails, calls and messages
We are aware that fraudsters sometimes impersonate property developments and their agents, typically by contacting people out of the blue and asking for a payment, deposit or reservation fee to secure space, or asking for identity documents or bank details.
We will never ask you for a payment or for your bank details in an unsolicited email, call or message, and no space at the park is ever reserved against a payment made in that way. Treat any such approach with caution, do not send money or documents, and do not act on payment instructions you receive by email without verifying them with us first by a channel you know to be genuine. If you receive an approach you are unsure about, please check with us through the contact page before responding.
10. Changes to these terms and to the site
We may revise these terms at any time by amending this page, and we may change, suspend or withdraw all or any part of the site without notice. Please check this page each time you use the site, so that you are aware of the terms that apply at the time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
